We’re based locally and mainly work across Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas. If you’re not sure whether we cover your location, get in touch and we’ll let you know.
Do you offer emergency callouts?
Yes. We provide reactive maintenance and emergency callouts for urgent electrical issues. For anything urgent or potentially unsafe, please call us rather than using the enquiry form.
How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?
We aim to reply to all enquiries within one working day. If you contact us in the evening or over a weekend, we’ll usually get back to you the next working day.
Can I get a quote before you start work?
Absolutely. We’re happy to provide a no-obligation quote once we understand the work involved. For some jobs we may need to visit the property first to give an accurate price.
What information should I include in my enquiry?
It helps if you can tell us the type of property (house, flat, commercial), a brief description of the issue or work required, and any access or timing restrictions.
